The right move is to match the resource to the person. Someone who's never touched AI benefits from a structured course. Someone who's been experimenting but hitting walls benefits more from pairing with a colleague or spending time in the prompt library. One size fits no one.

Define "Good Enough" Before You Start

Most AI training programs fail because they don't define what success looks like. If your goal is "everyone should be good at AI," you'll never get there — that target moves weekly as the tools change.
